On “The Front Row” this week, film critic Anupama Chopra is in conversation with Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor. She talks about receiving training as an actor, how she prefers being single and if she would choose to play negative roles.
Anupama Chopra: Sonam, do you feel that your career has entered a new phase with the movies “Raanjhanaa” and “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag”? Do you sense a change in the energy around you?
Sonam Kapoor: Honestly, in this industry, nothing succeeds like success. People change around you in a very obvious way, but it’s the way the world works I guess. I hope I haven’t changed at all. I think the people who are close to me haven’t changed too much and there are certain directors who I keep working with, they haven’t changed either. They continue to believe in me.
